Captain America Workout Exposed

Captain America is being played by the actor Chris Evans. Now, if you know anything about Captain America then you know that he is a huge guy with bulky muscle. Chris Evans is nothing like that, in fact take a look at this picture below where he plays The Human Torch on Fantastic Four VS when he played Captain America.

Before the movie is even out there has been massive hype surrounding the new Chris Evans body. How much bulkier he is in the arms and chest and etc.


The impressive thing is that he doesn’t look too bulky like bodybuilders. Trust me, girls don’t like the bulky thighs that usually goes with a bodybuilder physique. Hollywood would want their main actor to appeal to as many girls as possible. Thus, the Captain America workout is designed to give him bulk without making him look bloated.

Chris Evans work out 2 hours to-the-point-of-vomiting per day for the Captain America movie.  Now, I don’t know about you but 2 hours per day is too much for me. I don’t have time for that. That is why I recommend that you do this Hollywood workout instead. You only need to exercise for about 30 to 60 minutes a day tops. If you don’t even have 30 minutes per day then perhaps you would like to try sensa? Not recommended, really.
