Sensa is almost like a miracle diet. Correction, it is a magic bullet IF what it claims is true. I’m going to examine each of Sensa’s claim in this article. The problem is….the so called clinical study is a lie basically. You know how easy it is to fabricate statistics and lie without actually breaking the law. Fat cat multi-million companies do it all the time.

Before I get into the details, I want to answer a few questions. You might be curious what is Sensa diet and how it works exactly. Sensa is basically something called Tastant crystals that you sprinkle on your food. Its like sprinkling salt or pepper on your food actually. Using a process called Sensory Specific Satiety, your “I fell full” signal is triggered by the smell and taste generated by Sensa’s Tastant.

According to the official website, there’s no stimulant, fat blockers, drugs, diuretics, sodium, (salt) sugar, calories, gluten and MSG contained in the Sensa Tastant.

It is made from Maltodextrin, (which is derived from corn) Tricalcium Phosphate, (one of the components of bone), Silica, (From sand) natural and artificial flavor, (not sure what or where it comes from as it is not mentioned) soy and milk ingredients.

You can put Sensa in anything, including soup, meat, rice and vegetables. There’s two types of Tastant developed for this purpose. There’s the sweet variant and the salty type.

Myth and Lies

Now that we’ve established what Sensa Tastant crystals really is. Let’s debunk some myth and lies. First of all, “clinical studies” aren’t worth their paper its printed on unless its peer reviewed. That means the clinical studies was reviewed by a respectable lab, it also means that they’re able to reproduce the same results Dr. Alan Hirsch (creator of Sensa) claimed.

Now Dr. Hirsch actually claims that his 6 months 1436 people clinical studies is peer reviewed by the Endocrine Society. Which is a respectable science society. The problem is, that NEVER happened. The Endocrine society even went as far as to go on ABC’s 20/20 news to deny this BOLD LIE.

As far as I know, there’s not even ONE laboratory in the world that has been able to reproduce anything near the results Dr. Alan Hirsch claimed.

As if Lying Wasn’t Bad Enough, the Sensa Weight Loss Scam Rabbit Hole Gets Deeper

Many customers are frustrated and angry with Sensa’s unethical business practice. It appears that their 30 day free trial isn’t what it seems. On average people are being charged at least twice more before they’re able to stop the auto billing. (at $89 a pop its no wonder people are furious)

Getting a refund (satisfaction guaranteed? No so according to many unfortunate customers) aren’t that straight forward either. Just read the forums and blogs, you will find plenty of similar frustrated customers. The internet community doesn’t lie.

There’s also a lot of complaint about upset stomach (cramps and diarrhea) after using Sensa tastant in their food. Some even said they vomited and had a horrible headache after just one meal of Sensa’s Tastant. So its not sure what is the long term effect on your health or whether it is healthy in the first place.

Does Sensa Work?

If, after all this you’re still willing to risk it then I won’t stop you. But consider this, most of the comments in blogs and forums indicate that they noticed NO decrease in appetite. Some even claimed that they gained weight. I can’t verify the truth in all this claims but its safe to say that Sensa Tastant does not work.
